Section 01
What a Technical Estimate is
- A six-section cost document — executive summary, area statement, materials, labour, indirects, and rate analysis — prepared by a qualified quantity surveyor from your drawings.
- It is a neutral benchmark, not a contractor's quote. No margin, no workload bias — just what your project should cost at current market rates.
- Every line item traces back to a rate source (PWD schedule, market survey, or negotiated) so any contractor or bank can verify it.
Section 02
How rates are built
- We maintain a quarterly rate database specific to your local market — updated every quarter for cement, steel, bricks, aggregates, finishes, MEP and labour.
- Your estimate states exactly which rate-database version was used and its validity date, so the number stays defensible for 90 days.
- Where site conditions or specs differ, we apply clearly-marked adjustments with the reasoning noted beside the line item.
Section 03
PM quality control
- Before delivery, a civil project manager cross-checks quantities, rate sources, and the executive summary against your drawings.
- If a critical error is confirmed, we re-issue the corrected estimate at no charge — your number is right before it leaves our desk.
- The estimate carries a PM signature and a verification stamp, recognised by banks and contractors across North India.
Section 04
Timelines & options
- Option A — Document Package: a standalone Technical Estimate, payable upfront, delivered as a verified PDF.
- Option B — Bids Only: free for clients; we build the estimate internally and route it to verified contractors who pay to bid.
- Standard delivery is 5 business days from complete drawings. Express (48 hours) is available for an additional fee; complex projects above 5,000 sq.ft. are scoped before you pay.
