Five steps turn your floor plan into a PM-signed, bank-recognised cost document — prepared by a QS, audited by a civil PM, and delivered as a verified PDF. No commission, no bidder bias, no guesswork.
We don't bid and we don't build. Projinn is the neutral middle — a qualified QS team producing a cost figure you can take to your bank, your builder, or a court. The process below is how a raw drawing becomes that number.
Each step has an owner, a standard, and a deliverable — so you always know who has your project and what comes next.
Upload your floor plan in DWG, PDF or JPG — even a hand sketch works for an indicative estimate. Add your location, scope, timeline and budget range. The more complete the drawings, the tighter the number.
A qualified quantity surveyor measures quantities from your drawings and prices every line item against our quarterly market rate database — specific to your city, updated every quarter for materials, labour, finishes and MEP.
Before delivery, a civil project manager cross-checks quantities, rate sources and the executive summary against your drawings. If a critical error is confirmed, we re-issue the corrected estimate free — your number is right before it leaves our desk.
You receive a PM-signed, stamped six-section PDF — executive summary, area statement, materials, labour, indirects and rate analysis. It's bank-recognised across North India and stays defensible for 90 days from the rate-database date.
Take the estimate to your own builder — or let Projinn route it to verified contractors from our network. Pair it with escrow and your funds are held upfront and released only on verified milestones. Either way, the estimate is the benchmark everyone builds to.
Every estimate ships with the same structure — so banks, contractors and you all read the same number.
Upload your floor plan and receive a PM-reviewed Technical Estimate within 5 business days — or 48 hours on express.
