Diagnose where it stands
- Our civil PM reviews your drawings, the original quote or contract, work completed to date, and payments already made — to establish a true picture of where the build is.
- We quantify the gap: budgeted vs. spent, scope delivered vs. scope promised, and the cost to complete what remains.
- You receive a clear status report — not opinions, but figures you can act on or take to a lawyer.
Section 02
Find what went wrong
- We benchmark the original quote against current market rates to identify whether the overruns were inflation, scope creep, or overcharging from the start.
- Where a contractor has walked, we assess what's been paid vs. what's been built — and what a fair settlement or handover looks like.
- Where work is defective or incomplete, we document it with photographs and a scope of rectification.
Section 03
A path to finish
- We produce a fresh cost-to-complete estimate — the defensible figure to finish the project with a new contractor, in the same PM-signed format as a Technical Estimate.
- We can route the rescue to verified contractors from the Projinn network who are screened for taking over mid-build.
- Where funds need to be restructured with your bank, the rescue estimate is bank-recognised and supports a revised drawdown.
