Your project is yours. We just protect it.

Projinn is a third-party estimating and contractor network. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and the choices you have — in plain language, not legalese.

Section 01
Information we collect
  • Account details you provide when registering or onboarding — name, email, phone, company name, GST number, and role (client, architect, or contractor).
  • Project information you submit — drawings, site address, scope notes, budget range, and uploaded documents such as GST certificates or contractor licences.
  • Usage data collected automatically — device type, browser, pages visited, and timestamps — used only to keep the platform secure and improve reliability.
Section 02
How we use your information
  • To prepare Technical Estimates, route bid invitations, verify contractors, and deliver the services you requested.
  • To communicate about your project, send review updates, and notify you when an estimate or bid is ready.
  • To detect fraud, prevent abuse, and meet our legal and tax obligations under Indian law.
Section 03
Who can see your data
  • Your drawings and project details are visible only to the assigned Projinn consultant and the reviewing civil PM.
  • Contractors invited to bid see a project teaser — not your drawings, exact address, or budget — unless you choose to share them after awarding.
  • We never sell your data. We do not share it with suppliers, advertisers, or third parties for marketing.
Section 04
Cookies & local storage
  • We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your in-progress submissions. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
  • You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; only your session state is affected, not your stored account data.
Section 05
Your rights & choices
  • Request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete your account and associated records, subject to ongoing legal or tax-retention requirements.
  • Opt out of non-essential emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message we send.
  • Withdraw a project or request its deletion before a contractor has been engaged.
Section 06
Data security
  • All uploads are transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored in access-controlled environments.
  • Access is logged and reviewed. Staff with access are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Despite these measures, no online service can guarantee absolute security; we will notify affected users of any material breach without undue delay.
