Your estimate, bank-ready.

A PM-reviewed Technical Estimate is the document banks and NBFCs ask for before they release a construction loan. Projinn produces it in the format they recognise — and helps you structure the drawdown against milestones.

Section 01
The document banks want
  • Lenders release construction loans against an independent cost figure — not a contractor's quote. A Projinn Technical Estimate is that figure, prepared by a QS and signed by a civil PM.
  • It arrives in the six-section format banks across North India already recognise: executive summary, area statement, materials, labour, indirects, and rate analysis.
  • Every rate is source-stamped with a validity date, so a loan officer can verify the number without calling your contractor.
Section 02
Milestone-based drawdown
  • We help structure the loan release against construction milestones — foundation, structure, finishes, MEP — so funds flow as work is verified, not in one lump sum.
  • Each milestone has a cost figure from your estimate, giving the bank a clear release schedule and you predictable cash flow during the build.
  • If your build runs through Projinn's verified contractor network, milestone completion is independently confirmed before release.
Section 03
Estimate + escrow, together
  • When you route your build through Projinn contractors, the estimate becomes the basis of an escrow-protected contract — client funds held upfront and released on verified milestones.
  • This gives the bank confidence the money is used as planned, and gives you protection against payment chasing or mid-project walk-offs.
  • You can use the estimate for finance independently, or pair it with the contractor network — the document works either way.
Section 04
When to start
  • Before you approach a lender — a defensible cost figure strengthens your loan application and can improve the terms you're offered.
  • When a bank asks for a 'cost estimate from a qualified engineer' and your contractor's quote won't qualify.
  • When you want milestone-structured drawdowns instead of an upfront lump release.
